Cairns south to townsville.

Castle Hill, Townsville, one of the best lookouts I've ever been to.

Left Cairns after meeting some interesting characters, hopefully we can come back and find some work here.

Little sugar bananas, 

South along sleepy boring smooth tar seal roads, no bumps, no washouts, no corrugations.  Stopped in at Babinda Boulders again for a refreshing wake up swim, On along the highway, the free camps were all full, so we Pulled into Friday Pocket road for a break and spotted a dirt track leading under bridge and rail to a spot by big Maria Creek, perfect camp amongst the trees,
 Onto Townsville in the morning.
I found a bunch of Little sugar bananas, yum, coconut banana smoothies for weeks, and its free. 
We stayed at Jame's Aunty Charleen's place and met James mum Carleen there. Thank you for the washing mum. Did a big re pack in the truck, didn't get rid of much but found a bit of rubbish, don't know how it gets in there.  We tried to look for work there not much happening.  Caught up with some old mates from back home Matt & Scott for a beer on Friday, was a good night remembering the old flat we had when we were 18.
